Refund & Returns Policy

At Orayaz, we are committed to delivering high-quality, in-house designed and manufactured women’s apparel. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

  • Customers may request a return or replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 10 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

  • Orayaz Pvt Ltd does not offer refunds in any circumstances.

  • We only provide product replacement for eligible cases.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to this no refund policy.

3. Eligible Reasons for Replacement

Replacement is only applicable in the following cases:

  • Size mismatch (as per available sizes)

  • Damaged or defective product received

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

4. Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.

  • Orayaz Pvt Ltd does not provide reverse pickup or reimburse shipping charges.

6. Replacement Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be processed.

  • Replacement will be dispatched within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative product or size may be offered.

7. No Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

8. Non-Compliance

Orayaz Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject any return/replacement request if:

  • The request is made after the return window

  • The product does not meet the return conditions

  • The reason provided is not valid as per this policy
