At Orayaz, we are committed to delivering high-quality, in-house designed and manufactured women’s apparel across India and worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across Pan India and international locations worldwide.

  • Shipping availability may vary depending on courier serviceability.


2. Payment Method

  • We accept only prepaid online payments.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available under any circumstances.


3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All products are made-to-order / manufactured in-house.

  • Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • During high demand or special collections, dispatch time may be extended slightly.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • India: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: Up to 20 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are flat rate and paid by the customer at checkout.

  • Charges may vary depending on delivery location (domestic/international).


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

  • Customers can also track their order through our website.


7. Delivery Failure & Re-Shipping

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:

    • The order may be returned to us

    • Re-shipping will be done only after payment of additional shipping charges by the customer


8. Lost Shipment

  • In case an order is confirmed as lost in transit, Orayaz Pvt Ltd will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.


9. Packaging & Tampering Policy

  • Customers are strictly advised to not accept any package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • For any claims related to damaged or missing items:

    • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

    • Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted


10. Delays Beyond Control

Orayaz Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Courier partner delays

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)


11. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Orayaz Pvt Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, including all terms related to dispatch timelines, delivery, and responsibilities.
